The most important Roero red wine, the Roero D.O.C.G., comes from the “Braja” vine-yard. The word means “shout”, and it is in an excellent position in the borough of Santo Stefano Roero, characterised by a land that is particularly suitable for the cultivation of Nebbiolo grapes.

ORGANALEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
intense ruby red colour, bouquet of violets and mature fruit, elegant tannin and great structure make it suitable for a long ageing period. Goes well with second plates based on meat.
