The Daivej vine-yard, enlarged and replanted in 1995, has been in the family since the beginning of the last century. The word “daivej” derives from the piedmontese expression “dai vej”, which means “from the elderly”, which was the name of the family farmhouse next to the vine-yard.

ORGANALEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
straw yellow colour, bouquet of exotic fruit, apples, elegant and fresh in the mouth. Goes well as an aperitif or with appetisers and first plates.
