The Favorita is a rather rare original piedmontese vine with grapes that are larger than the Arneis. The wine is not so alcoholic but fresh and with a bouquet of flowers and exotic fruit. The word “sarvaj” means “wild” and is a reference to the wild character of the Roero hills covered with vine-yards and woods.
