The “bric du liun” vine-yard, where “bric” means the “top of a hill” in the local dialect and “liun” means “lion”, historically identifies the small vine-yard that has always been in the Deltetto family. The splendid position permits grapes of excellent quality, and the low production due to the thinning out process, over-maturing in the vine-yard, drying in small boxes in the open air and a bit of noble mildew make a nectar that is well concentrated and captivating but with an acidity that never allows it to lose its charm.
